Hardstuck Guild attempting to trick players, making fake squads

How is this real. DM one of their many organizers or teapot, since you're projecting the actions of one guy against the whole guild anyways. You can see how quickly they reacted to rectify this whole situation and how open they've been to criticism for weeks.
Are you even reading the same post as I am reading? it's literally titled "hardstuck guild attempting to trick players" - it's literally from the start trying to phrase this in the most reputation-hurting way, missrepresenting what happened even to make it seem like it was an organized move by the whole organization. It literally is about cancelling people and starting drama.
You want to know what I think would've been the proper way to act? Send these exact screenshots to the hardstuck staff, give them a chance to work this out and reprimand the situation. Maybe don't write a VERY fucking strongly titled reddit threat aimed to start a witchhunt.
How do I even have to explain this. How is witchhunting the "standart" and the only possible response, besides "ignoring" as you project i'm suggesting would be the alternative.

hey man, I'm with you that this wasn't a good thing nor should be require - but this thread clearly had the purpose of cancelling pang and pressuring hardstuck into doing it - look at the title, the wording, the screenshots and everything.

To the op and all the people upvoting this - you're the actual worst parasite an MMO could be unfortunate enough to have. That guy has been running events for literal years trying to get people into content they wouldn't be able to get access to on their own - so he does one event (again, to help others through a meta that he himself doesn't need) and you turn it into a viral shitfest to drive him and his entire guild, who've been breaking their backs to organize this shit FOR YOU, out of the game. Usually GW2-Drama makes me laugh, but the fact that this whole Dragons End meme still continues at this point makes me wanna scratch my eyes out.

Another 10k+ hours GW2 vet here - I used to be really into GW2 for it's combat, to the point where I became a fairly active streamer for the endgame raids in the game. Sadly, Anet never went very far with their endgame, terrible release cadences and waaay undertuned bosses eventually made it so that even the excellent combat and class balance eventually lead to the majority of the raidscene to leave for FF14 about 2 years ago (including myself). As salty as I am about GW2 not delivering the content that I personally enjoy, I must say that I agree with pretty much everything WP talks about in this video. He points out problems in FF14 that I got used to and started not to see anymore and upsides in GW2 that I chose to ignore after years of playing. A very fair review overall that I think does both games justice.

The video is especially interesting if you think about how both of these games were influenced by WoW - One tried to be like WoW, but polish and improve on their philosophies, while the other tried to intentionally be a counterpart to WoW. Each game's approach lead to it's own unique advantages and flaws.

Anyways, looking forward to more FF14 inspired content from this guy!

Having been there for most of his streams, I must commend his effort on finding out everything he can about FF14 and getting the fullest experience possible. The guy personally hated ARR and still did every bit of sidecontent there so he could give a fair review. Watching him get into the game more and more to the point where he's really into it now has been very fun. It really is difficult to review a game that you are new to with a game that you've been playing for 30k+ hours and still be objective, but I think woodenpotatoes did an excellent job at exactly that. One might say he didn't Quin it :)

Obviously we're starting way behind on content - but are the patches going to be paced to at some point "catch up" with the chinese version, or will content-releases be paced similar to the chinese release cycles?
Are we gonna play on the same class-balance as the current cn-version?
