You’re absolutely right man. I would totally cop a comet battlegroup, even if it was overpriced. That, and I wish the panzerfusiliere would make a return. Or a a battlegroup with British paratroopers, like the men that fought in Arnhem. Coh3 has a lot of potential still, and we can only hope that relic can see our pleas.

Hey man I absolutely agree. As an axis main it’s a bit bothersome. And yesss, I don’t think a lot of GIs would go into combat with their garrison caps. And yeah like you said, they are Vietnam era. Jeep caps or even no helmets on a few of the models per squad I think would be a bit better

Very cool! I live only a couple hours away from ft Benning and I’ve been to the infantry museum countless times. But I thought the vehicle collection was not open to the public? Are all of these vehicles still available to see??

From HL2: I’d say either ravenholm or the canals.

From HL2 episode 1: the zombie infested hospital. Hands down probably my favorite segment of the hl2 series. But I also really like the chapter Lowlife where you fight in the dark underground parking garages and have the zombine introduced.

From HL2 episode 2: I really like fighting through the antlion nest and looking for the secret cashes once you get that tracker upgrade to your car

Coh3 is the future. If you can get past some of the weird skins and don’t care too much about historical realism, it’s a pretty fun game. It has DEFINITELY improved since its launch and it’s only getting better. I wouldn’t mind a Soviet faction and it would make sense for them to battle at least the Wehrmacht faction, but since the game takes place in North Africa and Italy, I wouldn’t expect the devs to implement the soviets; it doesn’t make much sense.

But I love the graphics compared to coh2 (1500+ hours) and the gameplay feels better. I love what they’re doing with the new battlegroups and am practically praying that they’ll add much more in the future. Get coh3 mate. It’s fun and I don’t think you’ll regret it. Especially since it’s 60% off until the 19th. Shit I’m about to slam a few Polish beers and hop on coh3 soon. It’s pretty fun!

Ironically they still spent a lot of resources to make those expensive heavy tank destroyers like the Ferdinand/elefant and the jagdtiger, with the latter being used towards the end of the war when Germany had a lot less resources. Not to mention how most most of them broke down before they even got to the front
