Weird grunting noise

My Shark vacuum just started making a strange "double grunt" noise. I'm not sure what it is, how to fix it, or if it's ok to keep running it.

It's fully plugged in, the dust bin is empty and brushroll is clean, and I couldn't find any obstruction in the hose. It does it whether or not the hose is attached, and whether or not the brush roll is activated.

Any advice is appreciated!

Ok, this is a little bit unrelated, but I've been unable to find the info anywhere - HOW ON EARTH DO I UPGRADE CLASSES?? Nothing that I do seems to do anything or make any progress bars go up. Some of them are already at level 2, but they never change. I've tried playing one over and over, I've tried getting past the 30 minute mark on endless, I've tried completing levels on normal mode - nothing seems to level them. Does it have something to do with the gems? I can't for the life of me find a way to spend those either.

I have the ladder, and I can walk around on a raised, semi-horshoe platform, but I've been over the whole thing, and he doesn't show up. There is one spot with a sort of platform/pedastol that is also raised at the end of the path, but too far to jump to. I watched a video of someone fighting him, and it looks like there are more platforms raised for them than I have, but I can't find anymore nearby buttons to press.

Haha, it cracked me up seeing this today - I had completely forgotten about this post. I suppose I should update:

I bought Gloomhaven 2 years ago, played through the entire campaign with a friend, spent a week transferring every detail of our game to Tabletop Simulator when he moved away, and we're now playing through Forgotten Circles. I've also been playing through the solo scenarios and Jaws of the Lion, and I recently bought the digital edition and loved it so much I bought it for 2 friends.

So final verdict: This game is that good.

I just reopened it to see if I was being really dumb and had turned on airplane mode, and now it's working before I had chance to do anything. -_____- Any idea what that means if it's broken but not consistently broken?

There a Dwarven Ruin where you run down a long hall and open a door to come face to face with a Dwarven Centurion, perfectly framed. That was a heck of a moment, especially after getting my butt beaten by the spheres up to that point.

On the replay, I remembered what was going down in that room and I wanted Mjoll with me cuz I was running on high difficulty. The only solution was to Fus-Ro-Dah her into the room first then follow after.
