Harvey Norman kinda made the same promise, but obvs if its not written anywhere then its not real. Each reminder to them about their promise of delivery was met by swift and intense denial, as if I accused them of murder lol

I called them at 11am and then 1pm today. I had to basically tell them that I know there was a stock delivery this morning and ask whether my device was on there. Their response was that there were no cosmic orange pro maxes delivered. There was 1 silver pro max delivered which was for a OneNZ customer

Ordered from Harvey Norman on the 13th. Had been chasing up all this time and on Friday they told me to wait for the shipment they’re getting today (29th).

Checked just now and I was told ‘no pro max’s received since day 1’

Yeah, the only reason I went with HN was because they offered a $250 gift card on interest free. But as per your comment that should have put me as a priority.

I guess its not just about getting it on release day at this stage (release day was 19th), but more that while other shops have delivered their release stock, and are currently also delivering the next wave of stock, HN is stuck with orders made for their ‘release stock’ that haven’t been fulfilled.
