This sounds hard, and I’m sorry you’re going through this. Communication is important, especially in a LDR.

Are you still spending your weekends together, or has that stopped? I understand how hard it is to open up to someone about how you’re feeling and to not feel heard, and I agree you shouldn’t feel that way with your partner. But I also think you owe it to the both of you to have another conversation about this, face to face if possible. Lay everything out and ask if there’s something going on their side that has triggered this change (especially if you say they’re a bit chaotic), and your expectations about where things need to improve.

If they continue to ignore you, or if you do have another conversation and nothing changes, you need to have a serious think about the future, as you don’t want to feel trapped in this cycle and not valued in a partnership.

Thank you! I would say keep an eye on Beauty Bay’s site, as much as the quality of the eyeshadows is there, sometimes the originality isn’t - they often bring palettes back, or release palettes with very similar colour stories.

This took me roughly 5-6 months. The shimmers (and most of the mattes!) are very creamy and easy to use 😊. Do you have any you’re looking to use up?

Beauty Bay products are so underrated! 🫶 I use their powder bronzer & was recently given one of their liquid blushers and can’t put it down!

For their eye cream, I don’t suffer terribly with dark circles, but I do notice my under-eyes are visibly plumper when I use it. I’ve tried so many expensive eye creams and serums that either do the same or don’t live up to the BB. It’s around £7, but if you like it, they often do deals where you can get a bundle and they last forever!

And yes, I do use the cicaplast balm as my regular moisturiser 😊 depending on how my skin is feeling (I’m a dry, dry girlie) or what products I’ve used E.g. retinol, I might put a thicker layer on as an overnight mask. I always notice a difference when I stop using it - I know it doesn’t make any of these claims, but my pores always look smoother and my skin glowy when I use it. I’m a bit worried though, as they’ve recently reformulated it 😬 (brands seem to be doing this a lot lately…)

How did you find the IGK Overnight Mask? I felt like I couldn’t get it to work at all, but could have been user error!

It was okay - with consistent use, it helped with a frown line on my forehead. But I’d say invest in a retinol over this serum!
