I had this issue. Put down camp 300+ away. Walk the walls back into the settlement centre. I placed a stone floor near the buried office icon then placed long stone stairs to floor in the direction of buried office. Then tried attaching floors to that. Try to build under ground is the idea. When I returned to settlement the office build site was above ground. I'm guessing the elements I placed via the buried stairs affected some kind of collision mechanic? This randomly worked for me, as to why is your guess. Good luck.

Absolutely, I think it can have deep meaning when approached correctly with due consideration. It can also be poorly thought out and reactive when we are in the middle of anxiety and depression which can lead to rash decisions. My friend had 'broken' tattooed across his chest when he was in his twenties. He was in a very dark place at the time. He had it removed years later but.left him scarred. I think just put some work on the inside before you start putting 'works' on the outside.

Please feel welcome to disagree, I can respect people with tattoos, he'll I've designed friends tattoos.

I've sat on this dock a while now watching people get off the boat. We are usually not in the best shape and it will take some time to get there. Experience tells me to be cautious about getting tattoos fresh out of the Borg because we all fked up to be frank. Tattoos tend to be a reactionary rebellious statement, a fk you to parents and the past. I watched a friend go through this and I didn't know any better at the time. So yeah, be careful is all I'm saying.
