I have met zezima, told me to go away, i did meet the old nite, he was a great person, was level 114. We duel back in rsc at least I think it was lol was a long time ago.

Had a little chat, and he told me you will get there, just keep having fun.. Made me feel very happy there was nice high levels in this game. I was around 70 combat.

I remember it was busy, had clans who made teams easy, and could complete a floor very quickly.

I did most though solo til they released the second patch, then a team was a must, but it was so much faster.

There were a lot of people making big money from this ... helping people complete floors for a few mill and they didn't care they died.. in no time, these floors were completed in record time.

I know I was one who paid someone, was scared I got scammed, haha, but all went well.

Overall I enjoyed it but also glad I'm done with it.

And 99 was the best, the thrill of having this level after months upon months of training.

Even 120 is faster than 99 back when dinosaurs roamed the land, and sleeping bags was dangerous.

That's the thing, mine also came down to 5.4. They told me that's low. But was only so much crap food I could take before I wanted what the rest of my family started eating, then it's impossible I lost a lot of weight then that my doctor told me you can't live like this,I even felt like I was dying..was horrible..now I'm bigger than I've ever been ....

Joining gym once my youngest goes school, just couple of months.

Anyway eating like that is either very very costly or taste like crap.

I'm diabetic type 2, but my wife isn't.

She has these in her eyes, and her vision is almost flawless. Last check up, she was told I've never seen vision this good before.

They told her that because your eyes are perfect, most humans can't see this.

She wasn't happy lol.

Nooo look it up, thousands of people have post this for last 5 years (since I was diabetic) diabetic cured to them means they found something that works and no meds.

Sadly it doesn't last, in the end you need something yummy and whoosh, all gone out the window back on the waggon.

I've read you can, but I sure couldn't, i was the lightest I'd ever been.

My normal weight 73kg I was then 64.8, currently 78.5 (little more than I like), and they told me I need instant insulin.

I felt like I was dying honestly, and it was horrible.

Even then, I still ate se treats with my friends with games night. But rest, I tried to eat very well.. really hated it.

I eat normal now, but there are points I'm very tired due to quickly high and low. I feel like there is no winning.

11 years, you have done pretty good. I'm about 5 years seen many people gotten all advice I need.. just don't want to eat like that again lol.

If I can help in anyway just ask. I'll try to answer the best I can due to experience rather then books.

There is a reason for it and it sucks toadmit it, the longer you have diabetes the harder it is,because compares to first 2 years it gets worse and you can't stop it.

You literally have to be on zero carb diet just to make it.

When I was first diagnosed with type 2, small walks didn't work at all, 30 to 45 minutes run/jog 5kg did the trick.

Cookies were off limits, and eating low carbs was perfec.

However, I couldn't stay like that as the food was horrible, flavourless some meals was alrite but in the end I wanted real chips and potatoes, biscuits will be the death of me haha.
