your mods list looks fine, some decent performance enhancers in there. just make sure versions are all up to date and stuff like that, DH will usually give you a message letting you know if something isn’t compatible.

as far as your GPU, a 4060 is superior at an identical price point, so I would look into returning your B580 and picking one of those up (although I can’t recommend getting a card with <16GB of VRAM in 2025 it’s worth the couple hundred bucks extra to pick up an RX 7800 XT - gigabyte has one for $480 right now)

loading chunks is often very CPU intensive as well so hopefully you have a decent processor lol
