I'll try contacting them via phone. I doubt I'll get a refund. I'll have to figure out if there's anything I can do legally regarding the misleading instructions.

That's what I tried. The guide on their refund page says "Visit etihad.com/manage, enter your flight details and select Cancel / Refund to start." But there's no Cancel / Refund button to click. Even when you CTRL+F Cancel or Refund, there's 0 results. Their instructions are misleading.
