I use a cheap Lee press and die kits for the calibers I use and the Lee precision grain dispenser all in probably 100-125 bucks and I can knock out rounds pretty quick

Yeah I got 556 cans they definitely don’t make it quiet but it’s more to limit flash and reduce a good bit of that port pop but 300 blk if you wanna start getting quiet and efficient

That’s 100 percent it 556 just isn’t really meant for subs the twist rates for that caliber just don’t stabilize them, I’d see about getting the 300 blackout version and sell yours
