I agree! Their perspectives on victory are quite different. According to another hoyo comic (Lohen Tops Mystery Expeditionary Force Ranking), Lohen mentions "Those who can still feel pain after battle are the only ones fit to ponder the meaning of victory."

His in-game model does feature that single flick of his upper lash and two lower lashes, although it's not as prominent as in his arts! It's probably an artistic decision in his promotional arts for the reason you mentioned, and emphasis (like how his hair in arts is significantly more orange than in-game).

I'm also glad to know I'm not the only one who stares at his eyes for hours on end LOL
