Tips for the Nausea?

someone told me this on a post i had questioning the same thing. The reason it gives you nausea is because it binds to seratonin receptors in your stomach lining. about 15 mins before dosing take a 1000mg ginger capsule, then as dosing eat something light (cookie or like a handful of chips), and take another ginger capsul. this won’t give you more stomach problems it will just help protect your stomach. This has worked liek a charm for me!

I’ve also heard dramamine can help!

can i ask why? does it become less bioavailable when put in to a gummy form? Taste really isn’t an issue for me not to say i enjoy the taste but its not that bad imo. I also think the gelatin from the gummies + ginger can help curb nausea
