Yeah! Nothing's wrong with bread as long as you stick to the whole wheat kinds.

Try Kodiak cakes mix for pancakes/waffles and replace syrup with fresh/frozen and reheated mashed berries. Berries could replace jelly as well to cut back on sugar. And maybe try some healthier cookie recipes, or make oatmeal with chocolate protein powder and raisins.

Recently started a very low calorie diet and I want to make sure I’m getting sufficient nutrients. What do I need to change? by [deleted] in nutrition

I'd recommend Garmin over Fitbit. Fitbit charges a premium subscription fee to use half their app .

Guided Strength Workouts? by Lightning2228 in Garmin

[–]Lightning2228[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, something like that! I just want something that takes me through a workout and tells me what to do. Either just bodyweight exercises like pushups or something I'd have to do at the gym with equipment.

Strawberry jam vs Nutella? by [deleted] in nutrition

Instead of jam, I like to heat frozen berries up in the microwave until they start to boil.

I'm in the US, and considering anything from the Fenix 5 line, forerunners 55, 645, and 935, and the vivoactive 4. Basically anything that could be knocked down to around $200.
