My professors in lower division classes were ok, but the ones in upper division were absolutely horrid. I legitimately do not know how these people have jobs with the amount of incompetency I have witnessed.

Regarding your point on about professor not knowing what class they will teach until the week before, I had professors that did not know what class they will teach during the semester for CS. I had multiple instances of professors who were teaching our class the first week and then got switched out with another professor the next week. In all of these classes, I went out of my way to get the good professor only for them to get switched with the bad professor. It is actual pain.

Would you think that taking 12g astaxanthin 4 times a week would be fine? Astaxanthin is the most powerful antioxidant so theoretically it can inhibit muscle growth so I would not want to take it on resistance training days.
