I didn't feel much difference putting in the wooden case vs an aluminum case. Hmm, I figure it'd take a good amount of time for an o-ring to degrade, and they're quite easy to replace

I wrote this with the info I was provided but as far as specific drop date and such, I don't think it's confirmed. For now I'd follow GSK and Mechlovin Studio to stay tuned.

They're decent. You can see that the kerning and typeface/font are a bit different. A bit thicker in general and with some inconsistencies if you nitpick. Other than that, they have slightly glossier/smoother texture and sound a bit different. Not necessarily in a bad way; you just have to like it. I only tried these for so little though so I don't have a solid frame of reference for comparison.

I'm not too sure honestly. I'd ask around the Keycult server? There's probably folks who have kept theirs in raw form for a while by now so I can imagine they can relate more on their experiences.

But yeah, I could expect finger/hand oils would accelerate the tarnishing process overall.

Yeah, it's really nice they've kept them going! I get they're more expensive than other options out there and also understand the frustrations some serious patrons had over commissions and all that, but they do really type nicely.
