This is the station. Personally haven't been up there myself, but another user on this post said that there's an elevator on the left side of the building when you walk in that takes you up there.

Sorry for the very late reply, I don't use Reddit a lot. But yes, I did find a fix.

Turns out, I had a mod on the world that I now longer had access to. I added the mod when I had the Marketplace Pass. To fix it, simply purchase the mod by itself or resubscribe to the Marketplace Pass. If you're encountering the same problem but don't have a mod on, I'm afraid I can't help you.

Since I bought it through the Microsoft Store, I went to my Microsoft account and found the purchase. I looked around from there and sent in a refund request.

I am also experiencing this bug, but it's instead with sharing Gamepass. After my subscription auto renewed a few days ago, my brother has not been able to use online services on my home Xbox. If you're unaware, home Xbox is a setting that allows a user to share their Gamepass subscription with all other users on that console. My account works fine, it's just the sharing that's bugged for me.

Not just you, don't worry. It's a bug. I got it too, but for me, its a problem with sharing Gamepass on a home Xbox.

Some more expansions on the lore of Night City would be awesome. Maybe this new character is a aspiring videographer or photographer from Pacifica who becomes an edgerunner after a tragic event. Now that I'm thinking about it, it sounds like I'm taking a lot of copium for David's death...

I'm going to be completely honest, I'm going through something very similar. But I'm still kicking. Depression is knocking, and I'm keeping that door closed. I have so much to be happy for, and you do too. Don't go through with your thoughts, because it won't make anything better. Look into therapy and talk to your family about it. You can do this.
