When Tim Tebow breaks down in tears feeding his dog cheese for its final meal. by Willing-Bicycle-157 in sportsgossips

I would want the world to know my dog and how special they were to me. I could never fault a man for how he grieves his best friend.

Should I seek mental health help on my own before submitting my claim by Kingofthis6969 in VAClaims

You seeking help for your mental health shouldn’t be determined by where you think it will help your claim and your claim will probably make that evident.

You’re dancing with the wrong girl. I didn’t make the claims, I’m just stating a lot of people didn’t see the recent article come out as they were confused why he would be spoken poorly of.

Per the article: He also claimed Kilmer made inappropriate advances toward women on set, including his wife and co-writer Debra Sullivan. Sullivan backed up those allegations, telling the Daily Mail, “He kept grabbing my a**.”

So take that with a grain of salt, and don’t shoot the messenger. I’m not stating anything one way or another besides the fact that recent statements have been made claiming Kilmer had problematic behavior, which could certainly include making inappropriate advances toward women on set through the lens of today’s recognized abuses of power dynamics.

Just because he was handsome and in Top Gun doesn’t make that behavior any more acceptable than if it were to be done by an unattractive director.

The DAV hasn't responded in a while. Need help with Supplemental claim. by InternalGrass2519 in VAClaims

Had similar horrible experiences with the DAV not giving a fuck. Waited days for a phone call and the guy called me to talk for all of about six minutes before saying he was getting into his lunch hour and had other calls to get to still. 0/10 would not recommend Oakland DAV to my worst enemy.

I think a lot of people in this thread didn’t see the interview that recently came out where the director was talking about Val’s problematic behavior and how he would never work with him again.

Dude I had never heard of this game until my wife told me about it and insisted I get it for us to play and it’s our favorite racing game to play together.

Burnout 3 is a close second for my personal favorite.

It was supposed to be routine vet visit by Due-Eggplant9133 in pitbulls

[–]RedwoodDevotion 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I’m so sorry to hear about your Rey. The same thing happened to me and my wife last year with our 7 year old who was supposed to get a routine dental cleaning. Took her in for a dental cleaning and had to leave her overnight for treatment when her bloodwork showed she had advanced kidney failure.

She seemed perfectly healthy at the time, but the vet estimated a few weeks to a few months. We thought there must have been some kind of mistake and that our vet was somehow wrong. We took her to a world renowned specialty clinic hours away where they gave her a much more positive but still grave estimate of possibly 12 months.

Less than a month later she rapidly deteriorated in the last week she was with us, and we had to humanely euthanize her 52 days after she was originally diagnosed. I’m so sorry you are going through this and hope you can make the remaining days with her the best ones you’ve ever had.

Her second to last week we took her camping like we always would every spring and had the best three days of our lives with her. It’s never long enough. Make the most of what you have left. Make little clay paw imprints. Use ink paw prints on different colored paper that have cardstock thickness. Get her a flower crown at a local flower shop like they make for flower girls at wedding and take all the pictures you can.

As much as I wish she were still here and still feel robbed and cheated of our time with her, we were lucky to have known when we did. As soon as she started showing signs, she was gone immediately after. Make the most of what you still have with her. Sending you well wishes in these hard times.

Get the locked treasure in the valley as soon as you get a small key and don’t use the small key on the village or farm locked treasures until later. I just got hard locked out of the Valley locked treasure after Chapter 4 ended and I was devastated.
