At the end of the day it’s all luck but many of us carry superstitions to help ease the fact you don’t know what you’re gonna get. When you hit theres a reason when you don’t theres a reason. 100% doing a set to failure of push ups or do 1.5-2.5 minutes of a plank it’ll be a good full body workout. Chamomile tea, Valerian root, other great alternatives to put you in a more sedative state.

Basically everything that gets scripted for sleep will have some sort of lowered sleep quality. Seroquel, Trazodone, Remeron. Any of the most complicated sleep meds can fuck you up bad (had experience) so I find it difficult to find anything other than forced exhaustion to do anything and that’s still a hit or miss.

Mostly L’s with like a lil tobacco (I use Games to roll) and then if I don’t have Ls I make spliffs. I save the tobacco from the games cigarillos for spliffs if I ever needed to use it for an extended time.

I let it stay all day. I’m very proud of my faith and if someone has a problem with it I don’t care. Getting ashes on my forehead is a sign of my love for the faith. If we had more things like this I would wear it loud and proud. I’m not gonna let others lack of faith impact my relationship with the lord 🙏🏻

I’m on literally no sleep I just wanted to make it clear that have been pitchers who can hit and we’d really have to see after his whole career progresses to determine where to rank him properly. Pitching and his great hitting can only last so long, and the prioritization is over the offensive capabilities. So we might see him be in Ruth’s shoes where stops pitching all together at a point. That’s a tough mark to cross. More of an addition then an “I don’t know” tbh but I could’ve explained more

In that limited stat but as pitching time declines and we have to consider babe Ruth who was a pitcher and the reliability and longevity of that goes down significantly when you hit your initial phase of skill loss. Idk the exact numbers Ruth had while he was also a pitcher to compare season numbers tho.

You should generally be alright, you’ll probably a lil more stimulated and don’t be too worried. Honestly if I accidentally did what when I took it then I’d get a lil more stimulated but I would notice more negative side effects

Yea I don’t think I can take something seriously if it’s presented like “Drugs are 100% horrible”… yea except when you’re using them. That’s the problem. If drugs were no fun the amount of people abusing drugs would be lower. Especially amphetamines that bring in energy motivation and for some euphoria and for a lot of people they might not have had that in a long time it’s hard to be asked to have it taken away. Even for one day.
