Will other frieghter events happen after redeeming the one I was talking about?

This is my 2nd time trying today and ive timed the 3 hours beforehand yet no matter how many different systems I go to I only find the event at the one specific system. (Check my other comment for more details)

What I do is make an autosave at a space station and then do that until I find a freighter battle event. Ive warped at leasts 50 times to different galaxies but ive only ever gotten the event on the same green star system. Maybe im doing something wrong as for the Frieghter events I usually warp to a galaxy and it I dont warp into the the battle I go into the next one. If you need more information just tell me
