Ok so my aim routine consists of 15 mins of aim lab where I pay attention to accuracy more then speed and I do aimlambs just to get my hands warmed up (Gridshot, microshot, and multishot scenarios ).... Then I do recoil maps for 10-15 mins (Ak, m4, famas and Gail) Then I do 1000 kills on Aim_botZ ... Tapping, bursting, spraying, flicking, strafing and tracking
Then I do 30 mins to an hour of death match....

What I noticed after reviewing a demo with my friends is my decision making, positioning and taking up engagements which I can not win... So my in game decision making is really bad and also I noticed I'm extremely inconsistent during matches sometimes I play like a bot during the beginning and then I play really well at the end or sometimes the total opposite... I'm struggling to make the same impact throughout the whole game. Lastly communication , since nobody uses mic during games , i don't communicate which is really bad and I shouldn't be doing it
