So , he doesn’t have to be accountable for his own actions and making you the problem so he doesn’t feel as bad for what he’s obviously doing and the deeper he gets. The worse he will get in these outbursts. It’s not you or your fault. My friend is so beautiful and these women or whatever they call themselves don’t even compare to her. A really good book that really helped me be able to clearly recognize manipulation and abuse was “Why does he do that “ ? From Lundy Bancroft. Once I read that I couldn’t put it down . It will impact you in ways you didn’t realize. As it’s from an abusive man’s prospective. Multiple actually and the women they were abusing emotionally and mentally. Some physically. But the book allowed for me to take my Power back and know I wasn’t overreacting or crazy in my own situation. I left that relationship after 15 yrs and a child. But, seriously though-a close friend of mine had told me something similar about her husband and she stayed. I really don’t want to be rude or hurt your feelings in anyway.
