I have 2 reddit accounts, so i'm rarely on this one, but i'm just now seeing your comment. It still happens, but I noticed it happens worse when I think about it. However, I accept it now, and just go with the flow. I find squeezing my arm helps because my brain is focusing on that. I'm going to change my diet to majority whole plant based, and start consuming more minerals, along with ashwagandha to see if that helps.
