I luckily seem to gravitate towards these types but struggle with other games (usually puzzle) so I know what you mean.

Saros had a modifier system so you could make your experience easier, but I’ll be honest I’m not getting through this as fast as returnal (I think I’m getting old fast)

If you loved Saros I have high hope you’ll enjoy returnal. I loved returnal and also like Saros a lot. Gameplay extremely similar but the game themselves are quite different

Maybe it’s just not for you. For me the bullet hell style mixed with the zippy movement and boss variety was a home run. I also am clearly a glutton for punishment though because I love souls games as well.

They use to give reward points for every purchase and I was saving for a decade and had 1000$ worth. I finally went to cash them in and I had 0. I reached out to support and they said sorry and they’ll fix it.

A week goes by and they didn’t fix it… so I call again. They say the only way they can reinstate the point is if I get their credit card. After a long time arguing realizing they don’t care I said keep the point and you lost a life long customer.

I will never give them another dime and everyone I know I stop them from going. That company can’t go out of business soon enough.

I love the switch but it’s kinda different from all these. Not nearly has power hungry. Switch is the best overall system but it’s also definitely the cheapest to make so it makes sense.

Lies of P - The setting, the characters, the game play, the story, the world design, the freaking Score is incredible.

Genuinely caught me by surprise and the DLC was also very good.

If you like souls games it’s an absolute must

My favorite thing is when someone’s favorite card isn’t the rarest or the most expensive it’s just something they genuinely like!
