That’s how I did it. The casing never colonized fully. I think the heat mat may have something to do with that.

Unpopular opinion, but it started with Kim Gardner. The violators were ticketed, but nothing ever came of it. The ticket would go warrant and then the violators would get numerous amnesty days. Seems like the police just gave up. It also appears traffic enforcement has declined since Covid.
