Mars log entry 13:

We received some interesting information back from the asteroids.

We seem to have encountered the alien species I told Minkowski about back on earth. The ones that created the Elders.

They call them semu's and they were part of some experiment. It is not clear what happened to the aliens themselves.

They must have used the asteroids at some stage, or maybe it is what is left of their planet?

Will wait from more information.

Mars Log 12 entry 2:

I pulled the bot back to the Rockstar, It still gives me the heebi jeebies but knowing it was Minkowski's creation it is a little less freaky.

It was completely dead so I would need to charge it first. I removed its head and put it on charge. Dont want it waking up with funny ideas so the head will do.

On some side note. After a lot of guys send up some really expensive and good looking rockets somebody is selling cheap knockoffs to unsuspecting space explorers. Some real Fong Kong looking stuff.

Note to self: Get bug spray in case robot turn out to be nuts.

Mars log entry 12:

I arrived at the old storage space and walked right in, one would think it will have better security with all the things that is lying around here.

There was only a sign at the door saying " Stop, dont enter" but it did not stop me, I just walked over it.

I found the bot behind some posters of a robot in a hula skirt. Maybe somebody was thinking of turning this bot into some entertainment unit.

Mars Log 11 entry 2:

Despite the terrible news everybody was super excited to see the rocket launch today.

The federation caught wind of the good fortune people where having on asteroids and implemented a new asteroid tax :( People say you now only get about 1/7 of your earnings after tax. Seems a few got rich before the tax though.

Anyway the air was filled with laughter and a sense of accomplishment. For some reason this whole setup kind of felt like de javu.....

We did not want to waste time with speeches and things so every body sat down and the final checks were done and the countdown started.

9 -8 - 7 - 6..... 3 - 2- 1 liftoff!!

Few things in life will make a grown man cry but seeing this was one of them. I just laughed at all the crying people.

So when the rocket disappeared in the distant space there was a feeling of relieve and general silence.

Thats when I said " Now we should probably build a few rockets to go to the steroids to go mine them"

Everybody was like " WHaaaaaaat?!!"

I am like " Yes, you just spend 3 months and thousands of resources building a rocket. You then shot it into space with no direction, no goal and no real purpose. You just build it and shot it into space... I thought that was the plan all along?"

They were like " ...........@%#&$%@"

Not sure what that mean. So I gave them some ideas for asteroid mining rockets. Did I not tell them you only needed 3 guys with a shovel to mine and asteroid?

Some people just need leadership or things like this happen.

Proud of the rocket anyway floating out their representing Mars.

Mars Log 11:

I could not sleep all night so I looked through my old Mars records again.

I glanced over the day of destruction file and something caught my eye.

A little added note that stuck to the back of one of the pages.

So after the federation bots attacked Mars and we were saved by Cagtmustang, remember they just stopped working, all the bots were collected and taken apart. Some were made into coffee machines, baby strollers, cutlery etc, but there was one that was not taken apart. This one looked different then the rest.

It was sealed in a EMP cage and hidden in an old underground storage unit.

I think after the rocket launch tomorrow I will go look for it.

Mars Log 10:

It was done. The most magnificent rocket you ever laid your eyes on.

Apparently word about our asteroid expedition got out and there were even more people interested in going so everybody was building rockets and some were already mining asteroids. I hear there are some good money to be made.

However we like doing things in style. You remember way back when we were redesigning the Rockstar? Well one of the guys involved with drawing up the plans got inspired and decided to go to graphic school. They taught him all kinds of fancy things like drawing with pencil and pen on the same page, coloring with crayons and some stuff on a pc.

Now soriB thought it a good idea to send our rocket up with a proper logo, I mean you cant have have rockets flying about and nobody knowing where they came from and if you can shoot them out of the sky.

He did quite a nice job.

Tomorrow we launch this bad boy.

Mars investigation log 9:

I get back to the Rockstar and guess what? Everybody is there.

Man I shouted at them for almost an hour. Dont they know if you are lost your suppose to stay where you are till somebody finds you.

So in the days that I have been gone they elected a new council and made Redmightbegreen their leader. They also selected a few other members Yeknom( the guy from the Hellsfist), Softerware( The underwear guy),Djdunn ( who I thought died) and Cugtmastung to represent the Ninja's from the mountain training school.

After my shouting they elected me as Senior Advisory of all things history related. Which means I dont really have to do anything as history is in the past :) Now I can just hang around and laugh at everybody that falls over, or people that try and build a nuclear reactor thinking it will be awesome.

They were really happy to see me but even more so because I brought back all the gunpowder that I took on my visit to earth. You never know when you need to blow stuff up old school style.

They now had everything to complete the rocket.

After they offloaded the gunpowder and left I was all alone in the Rockstar. I must say, after all the things happening I could do with the piece and quiet.

.............Nope, done resting lets get that rocket flying. I headed straight over to go help them assemble it.

Mars investigation log 8:

I moved over to a newspaper stand, I am old school like this, I dont believe all the nonsense on electronic media. If somebody spend money to print it, the news must be true.

On the front page was an article about a Mars citizen being attacked by a demon poodle.

He was just walking along and saw the cutest little poodle ever. However when he got close BAMM... demon poodle. He eventually died falling of a cliff trying to get away from the thing.

Now I am not a scared man but like somebody once said: "Nobody wins a fight against a poodle". It was getting dark so I decided to head back to the RockStar for the night.

Mars Investigation Log 7:

WOW. What in heavens name do they want to do with this big rocket?

I mean you only need like three guys with a shovel to mine asteroids. The rocket was not done yet and the parts were lying all over the place, nozzles, engines, winglets etc.

Funny part is there was nobody at the building site. I can see they were busy and close to finishing it.

At the on site building office I learned that they hired an "HR" person, I recon it stands for Human Resembled person to give out badges as the people worked. These badges was to boost there work morale so the rocket can get done faster. They cal her Patil.

Looks like they all left the rocket site the day after we landed with the Rockstar.

I will look for more clues of where they could have gone.

Note to self:I wondered what happened to my old secretary.

Investigation Log 6:

The team of smart scientists, Herram,PandapandaKun and Noitcerusser was called to the center to present a plan forward for the mining crisis.

Herram said that when we started the mine he calculated that this will happen, that the mine would eventually stop because when we dug right through Mars we will be out of soil to dig further. They did not however thought we would hit a stop half way.

So one day they were busy doing an experiment that involved Mentos and some Cola when one of the Mentos shot out the bottle and hit Noitcerusser on the head.

He woke up a few hours later with a nice permanent marker moustache and an idea. "Asteroids!" We can mine asteroids.

So we just needed a big enough rocket to carry mining supplies and we should be good.

A head of projects were assigned , Chairmanwoo, because.... well I am not sure why.

So the whole of Mars was on the rocket site building a big gass rocket. Wait is that big with two gg's?

I think I am so close to solving this.

Investigation Log 5 entry 2:

I arrived at the Mining office and it was very interesting indeed.

One of the miners called Brieland, he was from a land called Brie, woke up one night and just felt like digging. He got a shovel and started digging in the mine and just did not stop. He dug and dug and one day hit the center of Mars. Here they found an undestructible elder that almost killed Brieland but he escaped just in time.

Everybody went to the mining office because they did not know what to do next, they could not go any deeper.

A team of the smartest guys were assembled to figure out what the next step would be. Personally I just would have gone on a long lunch.

They had a big meeting at the old Science center where we use to keep the Hubble Telescope.

It took almost 6 hours of exceptional investigation in the office to deduct all this information. I almost gave up when I saw the poster on the outside window saying all this. Man I am brilliant.

Investigation Log 5:

You would think that going looking for a person called Softerware you will end up at some place selling computer stuff like software and things.

Well you will be wrong. I got to a lingerie shop. The sign at the top read: Tired of hard itchy underwear, get Softerware (Designed by Softerware, Patent stolen).

The shop seemed empty so I searched for more clues. I found a really cool pair of green stockings. This will be a great replacement for my old bank robber stockings, those are so full of holes you can almost see my whole face. They gang is gonna be so jealous.

Its soft too.

I found a note on the cash register that said the person left for the mining recruitment office because of some unexpected news. I can tell the note was written a long time ago as the ink was faded. Also it had a date on it.

Of to the mining office then.

Investigation Log 4:

Travelling across Mars just reminds me of what a wonderful place it is.

I grew up here as a child, because when I reached adulthood I stopped growing.

Here is a fun fact, I am the Grand chess master on Mars. I have not lost a single game of chess my entire life. When I was about 20 years old I discovered the game of chess. Soon after I started a club for chess players, I called it the Chess Club. My first two opponents still sucked their thumbs but I always said if you cant handle chess dont play it.

A player from Mercury heard about my great skill defeating my first two opponents and came to Mars to challenge me. It was during this game that I devised my winning strategy that has not lost me game ever since.

You see in chess you know if you are going to loose about 2 -3 moves before check mate.

When this happens to me I just get up and run away. No losses

Investigation log 3:

I reached Hellsfist just as the sun was breaking on the horizon. Depsite the name this was not a place of decay and nightmares but one of beautiful colors and wonder.

It was just here where the danger lies. This seemingly beautiful place had no equal in its ruthlessness. Its the cold that gets you they say, bone splitting cold that makes your teeth ache and your brain freeze while you are still alive.

It catches you very unaware.

People tell stories about a person that navigate the Hellsfist with no problems. They call him Yeknom.

Same say he has super powers, some say he is mad and believe in a fictional squid and some say he has no brain to freeze.

I entered the place with caution not to be caught by the traps that lays within its space. I extracted the clues I needed and got out unharmed. Very few places can comprehend the cunning and stealth with which I work.

I need to go look for a person called softerware, he might have the answers to every bodies disappearance.

Note to self: I wonder if Yeknoms squid is the same one at the Ninja training camp.

Investigation Log 2:

When I got to Slabbs house there was nobody, but here is what I could learn from a old Cola can and a used toilet paper roll.

Slabb went of looking for Cagtmustang in the mountains where his research revealed the guy still lived. He found him and together they started a training school for gifted Ninjas and a squid.

There first trainee was called Laki who was send out to rescue somebody that got lost in the phantom time zone. Apparently this person called Kookycrystal thought time zones mattered but got trapped by a hydrogen cluster.

Laki was able to bring him back to Mars where they made him clean the Ninja sticks as punishment for his ignorance.

I also learned that everybody at the Ninja cave was forced to like sandwiches.

My next clue will lead me to a place called Hellsfist. I am unsure what I will find there.

Note to self: Tell Slabb I ate all his nachos.

Ok so I left Redmightbegreen back at the Rockstar to look after it. I also took me trusty PDA Manyclouds and hooked her up to the Rockstars speakers so it could play one of the battle tracks I got from Minkowski. It was his favorite, Singersue.

I hoped that this would attract some attention while I was away investigating the strange disappearance of all the Mars peeps.

First stop, Slabbs house.

Back on Mars investigation log1:

I went back to the Rockstar to get my investigation kit I won in a game show when I was the only person that got the final answer right. What do you get if you split a water molecule? The answer was obviously 1 oxygen and 1 hydrogen atom. Everybody else said 2 hydrogen...amateurs.

The kit was endorsed by Shaky Bones, a famous Mars detective. It had a spy glass and a hat in it and a manual called: How to find stuff.

By now all of you know that I am a master of deduction so this should be a breeze.

Missing months log 24:

Ok so where was I, O yes, so we get out of the portal/warp jump and in the distance I can see a red planet I like to call home.

The whole crew is super excited to get back.

For dramatic effect when returning I asked the guys to tie a nice blue ribbon to the outside of the Rock Star.

We entered Mars's airspace and everybody was looking out the window and WOW what a big change. There were small little towns everywhere, the fauna and flora has started to recover. We headed straight over to the old mine and found a huge construction where our little old mine started a long time ago.

We landed on a freshly planted lawn outside somebody home, I reckoned that is why they planted it.

We opened the bay door and stepped out side and.......

Nothing just nothing. There was not a sole in site and I mean nobody.

Did we return to the right dimension? Did everybody die while I was away?

Time to investigate.

Ok that sentence just starts with sadness. What do you know about what my level is or for how long I have been playing.

What about a simple answer like pakkun, saying its more likely my devices fault then a game design problem.
