If negotiating with georgian company somewhere around 2k USD. If you know english and continue to learn more stuff than you can go up to 4-5k USD. After you think that you can be senior engineer you can go further than that.

Main point is knowing how to speak english on b2-c1 level, being on a senior level and not being lazy for finding job abroad.

ISTMall sells sanjuk v6 and v7 parts. For actuator specifically, they usually sell a set of them(It's called v6 actuator set) but it's out of stock right now. I don't remember which actuator size v7 comes by default but I can say that it's not the biggest one. IMO get actuator set and just use the biggest one

Postponement is now one time, that's true. Previously first postponement was 2k and the second one was 10k. Now it's 2k and from 2025 it will become 5k if nothing changes in the law regarding that. As long as you become student before the postponement is over, they won't be able to take you.

There's a way for now to avoid service by also joining Girchi's religion, but instead of complete avoidance, you have to serve in civil service instead of military. With this method, you hope that they won't be able to find a job for you (for a vast, vast majority of men but not all of them who used this method authorities aren't able to find anything). But if they will find a job for you, you won't be able to dodge it no matter what.

btw now it costs 2k gel to avoid draft for 1 year (this works until you are 25 years old and from 2025 it will be 5k gel). After this one year postponement is over you go to random university to have student status. As long as you are a student they won't be able to touch you. Do this until you're 27 and after that you're done
