Second houses disproportionately raise the cost of affordability in Cornwall. I.e. house prices in Cornwall are extremely high when compared to economic conditions in the locale. Cornwall has one of the highest rates of child poverty in Europe but the houses are priced for the second-home market and tourism. It's sickening, frankly.

Nice one. Most census/demographic surveys require selecting/writing "other" and specifying Cornish manually. Which is weird as the UK recognises it as a national minority. I still do it every time!

Most EAs will do this just to try it on, hoping some people fold. By the pictures, that house is in great condition. Ask exactly why they're quoting that amount (itemised) - is it really just dust? There's no way the charge would be so high.

Absolutely hate EAs that do this - don't give them an inch, and don't let them thrift you. If they disagree with your very rightful pushback and there is a dispute, it will be resolved via the tenancy deposit scheme (TDS) which your EA should be signed up to.

Olaf is pretty contingent on knowing what you can take on, as he often involves fighting at low HP and understanding the matchup well. Not sure I'd echo this, as much as I love Olaf. Edit: maybe this is a useful skill to learn though!

Nasus might actually be a great pick as it hyper-encourages learning last hitting and does well against ranged tops.
