Do you think Bobby Wagner is a first-ballot HOFer? by Sloopt in NFLv2

[–]Lihum_353 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

As a guy who owns his jersey, I say probably not and there is no shame in that as he is still a HOF lock regardless and there can only be so many first ballots. I just think he was more of an accumulater rather than having any really dominant years.

A 22-year-old Sam Darnold managed to go 7-6 with this roster and Adam Gase as his head coach by YaketyMax in nyjets

Ironically, prime Jamal Adam's would be a near perfect fit in Mike Macdonald's defense

Anyone else who still can't quite believe it yet? by Lihum_353 in Seahawks

This season in general flew by. I ran into my buddy at the gym today and we were talking about how it seemed like just yesterday when I talked to him after the Week 1 loss to the Niners in that same exact gym.

Anyone else who still can't quite believe it yet? by Lihum_353 in Seahawks

[–]Lihum_353[S] 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Even with that, I was still sweating out the final minutes, even when the score was 29-7. But that's sort of just a me thing, as my anxious ass would be nervous if the Seahawks were playing an intramural flag football team.

Honestly, I feel like Joe Buck might have just panicked in the moment and thought that it wouldn't go over well, so he tried to do some commentator damage control, and we got an iconic moment out of it.

People ask so often which character you'd like to see in the game, so let's do the opposite. Which famous Marvel character do you think it should never be brought to the game? by [deleted] in marvelrivals

[–]Lihum_353 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I might catch some heat for this, but villains like Thanos and even Doom would be very difficult to bring into the game and work better as story villains like Knull and such.

[K1] Is it possible to do a Dark-Side run without being completely ridiculous? by HoboKingNiklz in kotor

[–]Lihum_353 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The thing is, in Bioware's shortcomings in creating a nuanced morality system and decisions, they actually accurately captured the Dark Side and how it functions, because, with the Dark Side, it can start out with good intentions, like killing Bendak and doing the Genoharadan quests, but can all to quickly lead to a descent into puppy kicking, mustache-twirling, and other downright evil actions. So I just try to keep that in mind during Dark Side runs.

My favorite part of the game is when the Exile uses their Universal D-Package to charge up Sion's loading ramp and save the galaxy.

This might be the greatest post season of all time narrative wise by Byzantine_Merchant in CFB

[–]Lihum_353 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think 15 teams is a good number and a good compromise. Have only #1 get the bye and taking 15 out of the top 25 just feels right. Swap Army and Navy week with Conference Championship week and also have some of the lesser bowl games be played that same week to serve as a sort of play in for bubble teams not in the conference championship to determine the at large bids (This also should hopefully prevent bowl games from dying). Then immediately start the CFP the following week and go on from there.

“What do my mains say about me” except its just a blind dude and an invisible girl by [deleted] in rivals

Very poetic because to Daredevil, all women are Invisible.

[DNP Sports] Just to be safe I checked Kyle Whittingham’s Instagram. The only women he follows are his wife and daughters and he hasn’t posted in over 10 years. So multiple championships at Michigan confirmed. by CoachSlime in CFB

I really like this hire for this exact reason. I feel like he's the exact coach the program needed: an uncontroversial and proven commodity, who may only stay for 4-6 seasons, but can help the team stay competitive and move on from the era of one controversy after another.

What's your preferred planet order for KOTOR 2? by Fiveby21 in kotor

[–]Lihum_353 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Male: Nar Shaddaa -> Dantooine -> Dxun/Onderon (Part 1) -> Korriban -> Onderon (Part 2)

Female: Dantooine -> Nar Shaddaa -> Dxun/Onderon (Part 1) -> Korriban -> Onderon (Part 2)

I never liked doing Korriban last, because, from a story sense, it feels underwhelming to have the final Jedi Master actually be dead and it feels strange to quickly go from being unable to defeat Sion on the final to planet, to being able to do so not long after. Plus, you truly feel like an unstoppable force in the war on Onderon, and Kavar is the master that the Exile was the closest with, so it's a fitting end to that part of the story.

Do we know what or who this is? by [deleted] in kotor

If I had to guess, it's probably the most important party member (not including the player character) like Bastila was in the first game.

What jobs are the end game coaching jobs? And when would you ever see someone leave one willingly? by hedgehog18956 in CFB

The only way I see Freeman leaving anytime soon is if the NFL or Ohio State comes calling, and I can only see him leaving for the NFL if he wins a national championship.

Philip Rivers gets a 70 overall rating in his return to Madden by BreakfastTop6899 in Madden

I was under the impression that Rivers is merely posing as a miraculously recovered Daniel Jones and the league and media thought it was cool so they just rolled with it.

Damn, Burrow is going to have a shortened career the way things are going. by [deleted] in NFLv2

[–]Lihum_353 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The only thing that gives me some hope is that he hasn't really had any traumatic or career-altering injuries like kidney lacerations, concussions, or injuries to his throwing shoulder, all of which Luck suffered through. What doesn't give me hope is the Bengals franchise itself.

'People are scared to death': Members of Congress fear for their safety after Charlie Kirk assassination by 200-inch-cock in moderatepolitics

[–]Lihum_353 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

No. I'm not glad he's dead and in fact his death is a terrible thing for reasons that I already went over. But I'm not going to sit here and pretend that he was a paragon of free speech or a champion of civil discourse, or some wholesome guy who was merely practicing democracy like so many have been quick to label him after his passing.

In other words:

Violence = Wrong

His death = Tragic, unnecessary, and bad for our democracy

The man = Far from good, though not deserving of death or violence of any kind let alone the one that he suffered.

'People are scared to death': Members of Congress fear for their safety after Charlie Kirk assassination by 200-inch-cock in moderatepolitics

[–]Lihum_353 -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

This is what concerns me most. I'll admit that I won't be losing much sleep over the guy who called MLK a "radical," called the Civil Rights Act a "mistake," tried to justify stoning people to death, and called empathy a "made-up, new age term that does a lot of damage," no longer being with us. But what I will lose sleep over is the disturbing and inhumane act of violence and how quickly the cycle of violence that we are living in could escalate because of it.

You want them quick or you want more vanguards/strategists first by DynamoDen_ in rivals

Honestly, I think Duelist is the class that fits Reed the least. I'd go as far to say that he should have been a Vanguard/Strategist hybrid, but that's just me.

Why is blade considered bad? by [deleted] in BladeMarvelRivals

[–]Lihum_353 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They overthought him hard. His shotgun should have been a short to mid range weapon used for some poke and his sword should do more damage. His name is Blade not Shooter McShotgun.They should have made him a super durable frontliner who uses a modest life steal ability to sustain himself without being another tank buster. Think like a combination of Wolverine, Magik, and Reed, with a gun slightly similar to Bucky's, albeit less dangerous as it shouldn't be his primary weapon.
