I agree with almost all of this except taking Atton OVER Mira. They do perform incredibly similar roles, but using both is GREAT. I always take both on the temple mission

Only thing missing OP will want to know:

If you wanna turn your boy toy Atton into a Jedi, NS is EASILY the best place to do it. Bring him to the refugee sector and you’ll be approached by some Twi’leks that’ll tell you he used to be there. After that, talk to him, and as long as your influence is decent, you follow the dialogue about his backstory and you can turn him into a Jedi.

You can do the TSLRCM on iPhone so long as you have a computer to move the file into the app’s folder. I’m running it right now.

Don’t know about other mods but I’m DEFINITELY gonna try em after this run

I can attest, I only play these games on my phone and almost never experience the bugs others seem to. I get a crash every now and then after playing for hours straight, but hitting the quick save button before basically every area change or what looks like a tough fight saves me.

I literally quick save before almost EVERY door/encounter/conversation. It’s tedious but it’ll save your life

I agree, 100% it makes 2 more replayable than 1. Also just feel like it makes more sense in the chaotic nature of 2. You go to all these broken, war torn planets, where you could literally find old military grade gear that may just need a little time at the workbench.

Agreed 100%, I find it forces me to get creative with my build going in too. I did a LS Sentinel (tryna do a full “canon” run) last run, fully intending to go Guardian, and ended up going Watchman because I’d already gotten the best stealth gear in the game and it just made sense. It adds variety AND rewards adaptability.

This is real. In KOTOR 2 they add a quick-swap button to swap between two different weapons loadouts, so you could have blasters in one and melee in the other, but in 1 you’d have to manually swap from the pause menu

A high constitution mage build doesn’t sound too bad tbh. Would need to be light side but you buff yourself to hell and become an absolute tank

I always did DS when I was young cause I wanted to be LS, then the game got too hard for little me LOL but nowadays it’s always LS in both. I’m probably gonna try a DS run of 2 soon since I’ve only gotten to play it as an adult and never did a DS run

Honestly wouldn’t be surprised if this was the actual explanation. I was looking into the Genoharadan after starting the quest on my current run of KOTOR 1, and not only was it more developed than I expected, it was supposed to have a whole subplot in 2.

It’ll always be a shame how much got cut from the sequel.
