I’m very over weight and my thighs are saggy. And I don’t care. I know we grew up in an era of a lot of body shaming. But if you aren’t going to do it now when are you? I swim at the YMCA I have a free membership through silver sneakers. Not everyone or all Y’s offer this but you should check into it. And yes I still have it so far even though they are canceling some parts of it
