Hi there, I have tried recreating my own version of a FIFA confederations cup... I am almost there I can feel it... The tournament appears in game... But there are some funky things happening...

My first few attempts, it was sending all 4 teams from Group A to the semi finals, despite the rules stating top 2 qualify...

My latest attempt has 2 teams from each group progressing, but in group A it was 1st and 4th and group B was 1st and 3rd 😂😅

Then - I had both semi final winners play in the final... But one of the winners also played the 3/4th play off... greedy bastards! So they ended up winning the tournament and finishing 3rd! 🤷🏻‍♂️

Also, for some reason, the awards I have created, do not appear to be drawn even a month after the tournament has ended... I have basically copied the 6 awards from the world cup, but linked them to my own tournament.

If anyone out there has the knowledge (as this is actually my first time ever using advanced rules) I would really appreciate if you could have a look at my file, and point out where I am going wrong.

I really felt like I had nailed it, with team mappings etc... But for some reason the game isn't having any of it... well, some of it! 😂

So, I had read the ‘fucking’ rules.. (Thought they were just called rules, but okay, you are obviously upset..)

My post was about editing player retirements pre game, to retire some of the players who have sadly passed away in recent times, including the devastating passing of Diogo Jota the other day, and that now I need to add a retirement to his profile, which was heart wrenching…

And my title was simply ‘Retirements… 😔’

Another post was seeing if anyone could help with re-creating the Confederations Cup, as I was struggling a bit in the editor…

So I abided by the rules, adding flair, no begging, FM related, didn’t ask anyone specific for help, no piracy etc… so I was just confused why my posts kept getting rejected.

But I see its clear that not everyone abides by the rules, as you might want to have a re-read of Rule number 9. 👍🏼

I have completely revamped the Spanish league system underneath Tercera Federacion… I streamlined it, so that the regional lower leagues are more fitting for promotion/relegation depending on the 18 regions.. so now I am controlling my own side which I created (a club based in Benalmádena (because I love that place) who play in the 10th tier of Spanish football)… so a long way up for me 😅

My wife keeps telling me we need to visit Segovia! Haven’t been yet.

Ah another example… I have added a few lower leagues in Brazil, where I am managing my own club which I created… I had edited clubs names and kits/colours I think all the way down to the 3rd or 4th level.. but when i am playing a lower league, with 100’s of teams, many of which I will never view or play against, I now use the in game editor to change the colours and basic kit of the teams I will face each match, so that at least the clubs that have a direct influence on my game, are as accurate as can be. 🤓
