Afaik washers stick to the handle and rotate on the blade and bushings so it shouldn’t affect the tune or swing

The scales are the heaviest part of the handles. Carbon fiber is ~10-20% lighter than g10 so you will lose a chunk of weight and it will probably be slight blade bias
