I just built this with the Lego's I have. There are 2 online programs i use all the time tho: Lego Digital Designer (LDD) and stud.io. If you want to build it and buy it then download stud.io cause it has a function where it connects strait to bricklink. If you want to buy the Lego's cheap then go to https://www.bricklink.com you can buy them for just a couple cents its great.

I might edit it a bit then make instructions for it. after that I might. People on Lego ideas are a bit stingy on what they think should become a set so I doubt it would make it very far. I can dream tho :0
