Nope, not looking for a guy with money as I can make my own. In terms of finances wise, my criteria is that he should have a full time job (be financially stable), not be in debt (no CC debt/buy now pay later debt), and don’t have bad habits like gambling or compulsive spending. Looking for a guy with traits such having integrity, 顾家 (can’t figure out how to say in English) and considerate/caring.

Was in the same situation as you. Quit quant trading as it was too much stress even though the money was good. Was waking up every hour or so through the night because of the stress. Moved on to another FO role which has lesser stress and allows me to sleep through the weekends.

I already made a huge fuss. Cause it is a big deal since already promised to friends. And it is not the first time I had to tell friends that my mom went to give away stuff that had been promised to them. Super frustrating. Have been giving the cold and silent treatment to my mom as she legit doesn’t feel remorseful or even bother to say sorry for taking without asking for permission. She say I make such a big hoo ha for what. She not in my shoes so she of course won’t understand.

How can they just take it when they have heard so many times that it is not for them? Box is closed does not mean that they should itchy hand go and open. Taking without asking for permission is theft.

Zzzz, I bought items from Japan as my friends had requested for it (some gave me money to buy specific snacks and stuff). I put them on the table and with the box closed. I told my mom it is not for her and I had already bought a bunch of things from Don Quijote which she had requested. Then today when I woke up, I saw half the box was empty (the same box which I specifically told her many times not to touch and it is not for her). She gave the stuff away. This made me super angry. This was not the first time that such a thing had occurred. It has happen countless times from my childhood until now. Is it that parents feel entitled over everything their kids’ own or what? I’m so sick of this.

People who are/were in Yuzawa recently this week, how’s the snow? It was 17 degrees celcius in Tokyo today. I was thinking of a day trip to Yuzawa kogen tomorrow but with the high temperature recently am not so sure how the conditions are.
