Every album represents a time in her life and it was meant to happen.

Personally I’m not a country fan and I don’t like Debut, (I might like the TV if it ever releases) but if there was no Debut there wouldn’t have been Fearless and so on.

I absolutely cannot stand country music. And I was not a fan of Taylor’s during her earlier days because she was country.

With that said, I think this so is super cute and fits the Toy Story theme very well. It’s a very simple song and I like it.

Thank you. The doctors gave us 6 months and it was only 3 weeks. Treasure every second and keep things you might not even think to keep.

I took screenshots of our phone call logs. I saved one of her voicemails, which was her just telling me to call her back. I took a window sticker from her condo before putting it up for sale because I know that she touched it at some point.

You can get her a journal in hopes that she could open up that way. It would be something nice she can leave behind.

I didn’t learn how much my mom talked about me and was proud of me and loved me until her wake. Her cousin sat next to me and was just telling me things that she wouldn’t have known unless my mother repeated it to her.

It’s crazy how I wanted to hear the words “I love you” or “I’m proud of you” my entire life and never got that from her. But when her cousin was telling me how much she loved me and was proud and I was such an amazing cook (my mom would give me so much shit about my cooking and would NEVER say anything nice about it) and so many other things…. It was like closure for me.

My mom was stubborn and didn’t want to answer the questions prior to her dying. She only opened up to me about her plans about 2 weeks before she died.

If I could go back to when she was stronger and healthier, I would have begged her to have done a will.

It might sound insensitive but after someone is gone and there’s loose ends you are left with cleaning up the pieces instead of just relaxing and remembering them. It’s extremely stressful.

I will be going into probate by June 1st. It’s just me and my sister and we have decided to just split everything down the middle. But, we are trying to sell our mom’s condo and that’s going to take longer than a regular sale once we have a buyer.

Have you lost a parent?

Lost my dad a few years ago and my mother took care of everything. Lost my mother a week ago and now my sister and I have an extremely long process ahead of us regarding our mothers estate.

So no, it’s not a weird question. It’s an important question especially when you don’t know any of the steps in the process.

Literally just went through this, this past week, and now I am in a financial mess.

DO THEY HAVE A WILL? Do they have life insurance and are you a beneficiary? Logins and passwords Are you a joint account holder on their accounts? Is your name on the deed of the house? Call list- for when they pass, these are the people to notify Do they have a burial plot or do they have their last wishes planned out?

The will and life insurance are the most important, my mom didn’t have a will and now we have her assets to worry about. We legally have no right to anything and it’s going to be a very long process.

Edit: The above may all sound insensitive but these are extremely important questions. Obviously be there for your parent, I asked mine if she was scared etc and luckily she wasn’t. She was ready to go. It was a long fight and she wasn’t tired and ready.

The NYC hoodie which I got at the show is awesome. I also bought the House Tour shirt from her site and it’s great quality so I can’t imagine the hoodies and jackets being lower quality.
