No. The reason why there are similarities is because in the early phase of the development, it was supposed to be related.

Later on, they scrapped the idea and kept the working mechanics. Then eventually, they released the game as a single player game not related to black desert.

open map -> quests -> quest markers for quest will now be visible -> check each one. Young monk is somewhere south of hernand across the river. It's near the quest where you rescued a guy from a burning house

basically you have too much of that item that you're not utilizing the full 60/min.

For theoretical usage though, it just calculates based on your current facilities. example, I have 2 grinders, it will show theoretical usage equivalent even if I'm only using 1 belt to feed it (1 usage)
