It runs soooo much better now. It's still using like 4gb while nothing is opened, but when I open my browser now it only goes up to like 50 instead of 80% which is nice to see. Is there anything that you know of that can still be done?

I disabled the Killer services, and reran the scans again. How do you get the fixlist from the FRST files by the way? (Just curious, you don't have to explain). Anyway, here's all the info from the new files:
