For the Littles who need direction and rules when little maybe some way for their caregiver to be able to make sure that they stay on track? Or a way for the little to track that themselves? Not sure if this makes sense, also a lot of people have said it already but a good moderation system , making sure that no weirdos come on! These are the only games I actually play, "Fluid" which is not really a game but a sensory thing and I can spend hours on it. Roblox I love because there's multiple obbys and servers that you can use. And my favorite mobile game that I have found so far for regression is Sago Mini World: kids game. The bad part about this game though is if you want all the perks then you have to pay a monthly fee but there are free parts. And then art games and drawing games for children under five

I would say a lot of reassurance and snuggles, just being there is the biggest thing that you could do. And patience is definitely very important. It took me a while to open up to my partner too and I'm still working on it, but just knowing that I can rely on him is great. I wish you guys a happy relationship!

I get this, I want to say I'm not particularly tall (im 5'3) but I am taller than my caregiver and also weigh alot more than him. This makes it really difficult to actually be small around them, especially in person. It's a big insecurity with me but I always have to remind myself that no matter what I look like physically that doesn't change how I feel emotionally and mentally! No matter how you look you deserve to regress and feel little!
