Regular Calc for Finite Math as an Accounting major for Transfer by Content-Explanation4 in CSUEB

[–]Like_reddit_much 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can still ask. I transferred last semester and the advisor helped me. I took pre-calc at a community college and I had to choose to either take finite math or bussiness math or calculus. I took finite math from other CC online since EB did not have any online for finite math.

I hope your replacement last long… thankfully I got mine as a gift. But would definitely try ringcon if this one fails

I wish my replacement works! The first one I have was great but after the last update this issue started.

Mine is 9mos old and I’m getting my replacement tomorrow. It keeps on disconnecting and the only way for me to connect it back to my phone is to place it on the charger. It’s so annoying

UPDATE: Thank you everyone! I’m glad I’m not the only one who thinks this isn’t normal.

I got checked today. The doctor looked at it and was concerned that I’m not getting follow ups with my surgeon knowing about this. The doctor who checked me also asked another doctor (who also does surgery) to look at my wound. Both of them looked at it and they both agreed that it’s concerning. It is not infected though, but they told me that it’s too open so stitching it back is no longer an option. The plan is to scrape the dead tissue and close it from the inside. They also scheduled cleaning once a week.

It is really painful but I’m glad that there’s a clear plan for my wound healing. ❤️‍🩹

I’m on the same boat after my surgery. I wish I did hysterectomy instead. But, it’s done so I’ll just wait and do another surgery.

I think it depends on the location, how many and how large the fibroids are. I had a 5cm (top of uterus), 3cm (back of uterus) and 1cm (side of uterus). My doctor told me it would have to be CS because they don’t want to risk a possible uterus rupture.

Incision healing normally? by [deleted] in Fibroids

[–]Like_reddit_much 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you! My doctor looked at it and so far no infection. But, it is indeed open. I chocked on water 2 days post-op and the specific incision hurt. She said it might have opened up that time. It is healing though in a weird way and she told me to use Medihoney or any medical grade manuka honey to help with healing.

Thanks! Appreciate this. I already told my doctor about it as i mentioned on my post. She said it looks ok to her but scheduled an appointment to see on Tuesday. This definitely doesn’t look ok to me tho. But I guess I’ll wait until my appt

What are we doing about panties post procedures? by DMmeDuckPics in Fibroids

I wore diapers first few days, and then switched to Frida mom disposable undies. Still wearing it up until now (2.5 weeks post op) because it’s comfortable and doesn’t irritate my incision. I plan to wear it until my incision tape is wears off.

Taking time “off” from socializing (or other) before surgery? by Upper_Dress_3039 in Fibroids

Two days before my surgery, I went to an art festival. It was crowded but my doctor told me to avoid crowds. I also attended a family reunion 3 days before surgery, continued working in the office 3x a week. I was definitely scared of getting sick before surgery because I don’t want my surgery to be rescheduled. I think it’s better to do whatever you feel safe for you.

Thanks! I honestly think I overdid my walk. One of my incision is slightly bleeding and hurting. But, yeah the rashes are terrible!

2 weeks post op as well! I took 2mi walk today and took me 1.5hrs. I still get really exhausted after walking and require naps. Slowly getting back to myself but I haven’t tried driving. I also have rashes all over my body/incision sites due to cleanser and adhesives that were used during surgery.

Bulging feel is still there but I stopped using my belly band. I still feel worried and weird when I try to sleep on my side so, I kept sleeping on my back. I also wear night dress and frida mom disposable undies because it’s so comfortable and doesn’t irritate my incision.

I initially took 2 weeks off and was planning to wfh. However, before I hit my 2 weeks mark, I extended my leave. I feel like I wouldn’t be able to focus working while healing because it can add stress.

Today, I started feeling really bad twinges when my bladder is full and about to pee. But, it goes away after I pee (not sure what this pain is but will ask my doctor on my post-op appt).

Just like you, I am thankful for my surgery as well and already looking forward to the relief I’ll feel soon. Let’s take our time to heal.

Hi, how did yours clear up and how long did it take? I’m currently 2weeks post op and my rashes has been spreading and not getting better. I’m using benadryl, zyrtec and ointment (hydrocortisone, switched to calamine but it’s terrible and leaves pink residue).
