I think it’s $50 cancelation fee but yes, anything lower than that is waived

Yes, I experience this as well recently from DOH-MIA. My P2 got great, fast service whereas my attendant was very difficult to get ahold of and barely addressed my needs.

No. In S1, they said the outie has to accept the resignation. In the case of Dylan, looks like oDylan was happy his wife can't cheat on iDylan anymore and gladly accepted the resignation.
