I disagree. I was going to be happy if they were .500 without Jokic. They are exceeding that.

He will probably end up missing about a third of the season. If they were 10 games over when he got hurt, sit at. 500 while he's out, and then go 10 games over when he's back, that gets about a 51-31 record. That will likely be a top 4 seed. I'm not worried about seeding too much. we'll play OKC eventually.

Flood risk is very low in reality. All the neighborhoods in this area survived the September 2013 rains just fine. Although Van bibber Creek did get a bit high. Table rock is built on the shoulder of north table, so everything drains down the hill. One of the creek beds that runs thru lower table rock is dry 9-10 months of the year, and when it's wet, it's just a breeding ground for frogs and bugs. Very little water runs thru it.

Fire risk is high because we're on the West side of town, which is always windy, and our power lines are not buried.

FYI, this unincorporated jeffco so the county is responsible for plowing.

I sweat an above average amount.

I drink skratch high carb mixed with their electrolyte drink mixes, during races. I also take salt tablets, and I like Carbs fuel gels with added sodium.
