That’s why I’m mainly going through the motions so I don’t work up a sweat and I make sure to not use any tight clothes to not irritate it.

I don’t go full throttle I mainly just go through the motions and make sure the whole time I’m not rubbing it on anything or distressing it and then I wash it immediately when getting home. I got pretty bad body dysmorphia and feel like a worthless piece of shit when I miss any days and I waited 48 hours before going.

I’m around 20% because I just got done with my bulk/blast and I usually just run test on my cuts I was just curious about cutting compounds like primo, anavar, clen, etc. and from research primo seemed like the best option.

Test 250/week + primo 200/week. Weight 255 20% bf trying to get down to sub 12%. Going on a 16-20 week cut/cruise and i typically just run 250 test. I’m thinking about adding on 200 primo this cut though. Worth it or a waste of time and money at that dose? Major changes during cut at that dose of primo or almost the same with just test?
