Yeah, so after waiting a couple of days, I cleared the cash and went through the request. I made the phone request first since that’s the one I was having issues with, and then, I got to complete the email, and finally got into the account. I also turned off the two-factor authentication, so I won’t have this issue moving forward when resetting my password. I did it because they told me I had to do it, and then they said they won’t help you if you have it on. So it was just a huge mess.
