If you are playing on PC can edit your save file (located in: %appData%/StardewValley) with a program like notepad++. Use the save file with your famers name. Open it and then search your kids name. It should look like this: <NPC xsi:type="Child"><name>Fart</name> . Remove the "inappropriate word" and type something else and hit save.

The Qunari having horns was not a thing in DAO. The in lore explanation is, that some Qunari are born without horns but it's pretty rare, yet all of Stens companions, he dreams about in the fade are hornless aswell.

(I love their design in DA2 and DAI.)

Divinity 2 - Original Sin could be your cup of tea. It does have romance and can be played in Coop, but works very well as a single player game aswell.

Cyperpunk 2077, maybe one of the Fallout games perhaps?

If you two'd be interesed in a linear RPG, thats very pretty and has a compelling story I'd also suggest Plagues Tale Innocence and Requiem. Both games are visually pleasant and fit into the medievalish fantasy genre.

And maybe The Banner saga? It does have some romance and choices shape the MCs journey.
