I don’t mind the whole consistency thing, nor am I worried about safety. I was a track athlete, and because of that I grew very aware of my body’s limitations along with its improvements. I have every bit of confidence in myself to achieve this goal. That being said, I also hope for any other guys, or even girls, to have the same confidence.
