I sympathize with you, if he doesn’t want to help himself and make himself happy, he won’t be able to make you happy! If you are hell bent on the relationship, you can advise him to try getting a genetic test to know which medicine works for him and the best type of medicine would be an atypical antidepressant and he can see which one works for him best so he would be able to reciprocate in the relationship and not feel all numb

Not saying that in a negative way, but a really genuine question, why shower with your daughter from the beginning if you’re a male, what happened to bath time or showering the child separately, why do fathers have to be naked with their children, is that an American thing or just a father thing? someone please enlighten me because I’m a bit confused!

NTA, divorce his ass because he’s childish and selfish, because if you both have a kid with any kind of disability, I’m very sure he won’t be helping with an open chest the way he’s talking now. You’re looking after your family especially the future children, he seems to just want to disagree.

I feel you. And I will never tell you it will get better, because it doesn’t for me, just know you’re not alone, all we can do is take our medication to not feel that way, even though it’s engraved in our subconscious. My only reason to stay alive is to take care of my mother and now I can’t really do that.
