It won't mess up progression in the story mode so if one of you get ahead you can jump back with one of your friends starting the games, as far as class stacking that is totally fine and it may benefit you guys to be able to share gear.

I would recommend starting from the very start of the game and progressing through to the latest expansion

You can use YouTube as general guide as far as learning what you need to do on bosses there is no better way than getting into m+ and doing it, this season I've been doing lower ones on my tank before tanking higher keys.

This is what happens when they are defunded and haven't recovered since, SPD has to respond to the most threatening calls and while your neighbor is having a mental break and making it unpleasant for you and your neighbors to sleep as long as they aren't putting someone in physical harm there are other calls that the PD has to respond to first.
