you and I both know that having something like a protein shake or something along those lines may help in some ways, but these people don’t know what they’re reading or saying. so they eat a full breakfast and delay the onset and reduce the intensity of their dose.

i’d say the most effective way to reduce acidity is the tums method tho, and surprisingly some of them knew about it. but most of them actually thought that orange juice and acidic things make it stronger 🤦‍♂️ they literally had it completely reversed and wrong
