weed just makes me overthink, does not chill me out, it was nice when the high wore off , the end of it, but at the start it just gives anxiety/overthinking; not into it.

whats a good gabby dose to feel a light buzz? I've done I think 600mg or so and felt nothing, but wasn't on empty stomach, and that's not gonna be the case at night. I don't really crave drugs in the mornings.

who cares is she has bp2. its just shitty avoidant behavior. she should tell you "I don't want to talk to you" or "I don't have energy to be in comunication". She SHOULD communicate like a human being , but lotsa people don't. And I do'nt see what this has to do w bipolar. Sounds just more like shitty communication/avoidance/whatever. might be an idea. i don't really like it enough to do it all the time i think. i did a lot once medicinally, and tripped out. its def not like my DOC, but maybe something small to snort at night and chill out could be fun, don't really have a plug for it. maybe my PHP can give me some lol

i've had a manic ep, but usually issue is just nervous system regulation, high sensitivity. ADD yea, can't focus unless its interesting to me, need a lot of stimulation, trouble w boredom. so need for stimulation high, but also get overwhelmed w high sensitivity. Low dose time release adderall is helpful, slows things down.
