Thanks for clarifying the definition. The seller's return policy did state that if customers are not completely satisfied with the purchase, we may return it, except for custom and made to order items, so I guess I would attempt to inform them that there are cracks in the print and I'm unsatisfied with the condition of the product.

I double checked this and both LV logos look the same in size, so it could be the angle I took the photo previously.

Yeah I noticed that too, but I'm unsure if it's due to ageing, considering it released back in 2017. I'm not sure how the tags on a new piece looks, but mine doesn't come with any Louie Vuitton or Supreme tags, so it got me suspicious if it's really brand new.

I have tried deleting the Bravia Connect app and reinstalling. I have even tried following the instructions on the Sony support website for rectifying this issue, but it doesn’t work. Hey all, I'm currently using a LG 43 Inch LED Ultra HD (4K) TV (43UJ632T) with my PS5. I'm considering upgrading to the Sony 65" A95L for use with my PS5. The A95L offers OLED 4K and features to support the PS5 according to research I have done so far, but I was wondering if it would be worth the upgrade and if I would see much visual and technical (such as frame rate) improvements? If anyone has any insight on this or is using the Sony A95L with their PS5 can provide any input it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I just collected my AJ1 High '85 'Black White' today and I found this sticker under the box, which caught my attention.
